Of these, 60 are daytime staff (management, union staff, technology, and preventive activities). Within the operational activities, around 110 full-time employees work across three full-time stations, including the Fyrbodal command center, while the remaining 290 work part-time in the RiB organization distributed across 14 part-time stations.
Who are you?
As a person, you are loyal, secure, flexible, structured, and have an easy time collaborating. You have a respectful approach to everyone you meet. You need to be able to demonstrate judgment and act calmly, steadily, and controlled in pressured situations. The profession requires practical, physical, and social skills.
Job Responsibilities
The work as a firefighter is varied and challenging. You will be part of an emergency response team tasked with handling fires, traffic accidents, drowning incidents, hazardous material spills, and other accidents.
